Helping you increase your revenue and expand your footprint at the retail level in both General List and Vintage Channels
I will professionally manage your brands at store level, bringing product awareness by activating programming such as LTO's and ensuring that you have optimum shelf placement.
I will ensure your products have correct product bin tags, promotional signage and sufficient inventories. This attention to detail is a priority each LCBO period.
I conduct educational staff tastings at the retail level of your brands in each period with staff to encourage staff pics, additional discretional displays and product knowledge
I will solicit new business to increase your revenue and distribution in the assigned territory, increasing market share of your brand
I will accurately communicate brand activities to key decision makers to ensure maximum brand visibility
I will ensure all merchandising tasks are completed at store level in each period

Engaging and Fun Private Wine Tasting Parties or Corporate Tastings

*** Minimum 8 people - Approximately 1 hour ***

I provide 6 wines or you can choose your own, finger food for pairing and stemware. In addition, I will prepare printed wine placement mats with a brief description of each wine and room for tasting notes.

Discussion will include basic wine principals and share some common wine terminology. We will explore Old World vs. New World wines and note how the same grape grown in different areas can be so vastly different in taste and style.

The tasting will include using all 5 senses and sensory development. The tasting should provide you with an understanding of the various wine regions, grape varietals and flavour profiles.

Cost will be determined based on wine choices & prices. For gatherings larger than 8 or corporate rates or outside Durham Region please contact me for a quote. You can customize your tastings if you wish to have alternate or additional wines and or food.
